Well I've tried to get back into a 'normal' pattern now that the Xmas and New Years chaos is subsiding. So it was back on the bike yesterday to get back into the commuting swing.
Picked my days for it - 37C yesterday and 39C today. Not so bad in the mornings but riding home in the evening is like riding into a blast furnace!
No extra km's at this point, the plan was to extend the commute to include some climbing, but I have been upping the pace somewhat. I am feeling stronger.
