30 Days of Biking - Day 3

Whatever has been hanging around the edges really bit in today. Spent most of last night running a fever, alternating between being boiling hot and absolutely freezing. I stupidly compounded this by heading out for 4 hours of trailwork this morning.

By the time I got home I felt like death warmed up, and the last thing I wanted to do was jump on my bike. A nap on the couch, a double espresso, and I managed to psych myself up for an epic 6km loop around the local park.
