Training Wrap-Up Week 1

Week 1 of my new 'training' program - how did I go?

Today: rest (easy!) - DONE
Tues: 60 min easy spin ride. - RODE TO AND FROM WORK - 1:15 on bike
Wed: Rest - DONE
Thurs: 45 min easy spin ride. - MISSED
Fri: Rest - DONE
Sat: 2 hour ride, rolling hills, no huge efforts - MISSED
Sun: 30 minute time trial - use as benchmark for future improvements. - 2 HOUR ROAD RIDE, 50KM

Followed up today by a 20km MTB loop (Wodonga - Baranduda and return)

So a bit disjointed, better luck (and better dedication) required this week.

The plan - I'm going to repeat Week 1 of the program - minus the rest day scheduled for today.
