Well I am officially going to be unemployed as of 11 April 2008.
Here's to being a delinquent bum!
So what am I going to do? 12 months of full time study. I have a point to prove to myself that I can 1) study at a tertiary level and 2) get a decent qualification.
And the course? Diploma in GIS and Spatial Information Science. Don't know what it is? Think surveying and mapping, but with computers.
It hasn't quite sunk in yet, s**t I'm only going to get 2 more paychecks! Oh no...
But seriously, 12 months off is going to do me the world of good. I need to feel like I'm controlling my life and decisions, rather than having them made for me. This is Step #1.
